RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

With effect from 9 July 2023, returns & exchange will only be processed if your request is submitted within 7 days from the date you received your order.

  1. Exchange item for different size/colour
  2. Replacement for a wrong or defective item sent

Kindly ensure that all items are unwashed, unsoiled, undamaged and unaltered items must be in its original packaging. Items from Clearance/Defect Sale will not be accepted. 


How to initiate a request

DM us on Instagram or Whatsapp us at 85050993 with the following information:

  1. Order Number (#) 
  2. Item name/size
  3. Reasons and photos for request 
  4. Items to be returned to:

IMPORTANT: Please take note that you will have to incur the shipping cost where applicable.


Refund methods

Our team will inspect all returned items and issue a refund within 7 working days. Refund methods will vary as it depends on the initial payment method for the order.

I.e.: If your Payment Method is Cash (Paynow/Bank Transfer), your Refund Method will be Qalbi Store Credit/ Gift Code If you made payment using Atome or Mastercard/Visa, any refunds will be returned to you using the same payment method.
