We are office & warehouse based. However, we are open for walk-in via appointment. Please contact 8505 0993 to schedule a walk-in appointment with us.

 

How long does it take for my orders to reach me?

Domestic address: within 3 working days

International address: 14-30 working days 

 

Can I self-collect my orders?

Self-collection are based on appointment only.

Item has a defect. What should I do?

Should you find any defect in any of our items, please kindly drop us a DM on our instagram page (Qalbi.SG) or email us at mimieamellia@gmail.com at the earliest time possible and we will get back to you ASAP. Do take note that we have the option of a replacement of item of the same value or should the item be out of stock, full refund of item price will be made. Please be informed that shipping fee will not be included in the refund
