Where is Qalbi based?
We are based in Singapore and all orders are shipped from Singapore.
Do you have a physical store?
At the moment we operate entirely online and all orders are taken via our website. We do have pop up stores from time to time and we will announce on our Instagram page or our website should there be one coming your way.
How long does my order take to reach me?
Domestic Address 4-7 working days
International address 14-30 working days
What are your shipping options?
Normal mail(1 item only) $1.80
Qexpress shipping $4.50
At the moment we do not have an option for self collection.

Item has a defect. What should I do?
Should you find any defect in any of our items, please kindly drop us a DM on our instagram page (Qalbi.SG) or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org at the earliest time possible and we will get back to you ASAP. Do take note that we have the option of a replacement of item of the same value or should the item be out of stock, full refund of item price will be made. Please be informed that shipping fee will not be included in the refund.
