RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
With effect from 14 August 2024, returns & exchange will only be accepted within 3 days from the date you receive your order for the following issues:
- Big hole
- Fabric tear
- Defect zippers
- Major stains
- Major sewing defects
- Wrong size/colour given
Should you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our sales and adminstrative team within 3 days upon receiving items with photo evidence of the issue.
Kindly note we do not offer exchanges or refunds for items with minor flaws or imperfections as there are a natural result of the mass production process.
We appreciate your understanding should you encounter minor sewing defect as long as they do not impact the overall design or functionality of the product.

How to initiate a request
DM us on Instagram or Whatsapp us at 85050993 with the following information:
- Order Number (#)
- Item name/size
- Reasons and photos for request
- Items to be returned to:

IMPORTANT: Please take note that you will have to incur the shipping cost where applicable.
Refund methods
Our team will inspect all returned items and issue a refund within 7 working days. Refund methods will vary as it depends on the initial payment method for the order.
I.e.: If your Payment Method is Cash (Paynow/Bank Transfer), your Refund Method will be Qalbi Store Credit/ Gift Code If you made payment using Atome or Mastercard/Visa, any refunds will be returned to you using the same payment method.
